Bones, bones, bones!

This week in Science we have been investigating bones, big and small, human and animal. What would happen to us if we didn't have bones? 

Swimming lessons with the KiwiSwim instructors

On Monday we began our daily lessons with the KiwiSwim instructors. Each day we have a half hour lesson and are being taught how to improve our stoke, breathing and body movement in the water.

Rippa Rugby

We were very lucky yesterday to have parent volunteers from the Eastbourne Rugby club to run some Rippa Rugby sessions with our Year 3-4 children. There will be more sessions coming up next week, including a rugby carnival afternoon where parents are more than welcome to come and watch (email with details to follow :-)

Creativity Time

So begins another school year with a delightful class of children eager to learn! However, with all the hard hard work that has been going on in Room 7, it's important that Mr Dobson schedule in some time for his class to explore, invent and be creative!
